RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We thoroughly check all our products before shipping them to you carefully. 

As our products are handmade, therefore slight variation may be there from each other and the natural stones used may also vary slightly

 

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Packages lost in transit.
  • Wrong item delivery.
  • Genuine quality issues ( post our check )

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO THE BELOW REASONS:

  • Incorrect / incomplete or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • Refusal of package by recipient.
  • After two failed delivery attempts by our courier service.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Sizing issues ( please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase )
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

STEPS FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT

If you meet the above criteria  of return, please follow below steps for return / exchange :

  • Please email us at Infofuschiabyritu@gmail.com within three days of receipt of order along with a clear photograph of the damaged item and product details along with the order number. 
  • Post check, it is at our discretion whether product is approved for return / exchange.
  • Post approval, the customer needs to notify us and return the item back to the postal address we will provide in our email. It needs to reach us within five days of getting the approval. We are neither responsible for any lost or damaged packages nor liable for returns that were not intimated to us. 
  • In case the product is received and not approved for refund / exchanged due to above reason, courier charges to dispatch the original product will again be charged from the customer.
  • Fuschia will replace the items free of charge depending upon availability of same product or propose another product of your choice for exchange with the same pricing.

NOTE: Refunds will only be made after we have received the order back  in its original packaging. You are required to  ship them back to us the same way it was received  by you thus should not be worn and  the original packing has to be intact
