The use of the Fuschia by Ritu website (fuschiabyritu.com) shall, in all respects be governed by the laws of Bangalore, India. Disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.

Fuschia by Ritu consider themselves and intend to only be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

All information displayed, transmitted or carried on Fuschia by Ritu is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not alter, copy, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, or in any way commercially exploit any of the same, unless with the express permission of Fuschia by Ritu.

Fuschia by Ritu shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may arise from the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded any limit set by the original card issuer.

Fuschia by Ritu shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, etc.
